Burger Ingredients
 8 oz Button Mushrooms (sliced)
 ½ cup Yellow Onion (diced)
 2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
 1 oz Olive Oil
 1 Egg
 1 lb Ground Turkey
 ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
 ¾ cup Russian River Fine Foods Chipotle Grilling Sauce & Marinade
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper

In a sauté pan, heat the oil then add the mushrooms, garlic, red bell pepper and yellow onion. Sauté until all ingredients are fully cooked. Let that mixture cool. When cool, add that mixture to the ground turkey, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and Chipotle Grilling sauce. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes. Now form the mixture into patties and grill.

Place grilled burgers into Bread rolls and use your choice of fillings (ie: lettuce, red onion, tomato, cheese...)
