 Serves 4
 1 cup Diced Onion
 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 2 oz Canola Oil
 2 lbs Pork Butt
 ½ cup Water
 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 16 oz Russian River Fine Foods Carne Asada Sauce (separated into 2 x 8oz portions)

Pre-Heat oven to 275 degrees.
Cut the pork butt into 2-3 inch chunks. Then coat the pieces in the salt, pepper and granulated garlic.


Heat the canola oil in a pan and sear the pieces of pork. When the pork pieces are nicely seared on all sides, remove them from the pan and place them into a baking dish. Then add the onions and crushed garlic to the pan you seared the pork in, Sauté for two minutes then de glaze the pan with the water, Then add 8 ounces of the Carne Asada Marinade and bring to a boil. Remove the sauce and pour it over the pork. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 275 degrees for 3 and ½ hours or until the pork is really tender and falling apart.


When the pork is done it should pull apart (really) easily. Remove the pork from the baking liquid, and put it in a bowl. Pull the pork apart using two forks then add the remaining Carne Asada Marinade, and mix together.
