BLOODY MARY MAC & CHEESE WITH BACON

 SERVES 2 -4
Ingredients
 1 cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
 1 cup Grated Swiss Cheese
 12 oz Russian River Fine Foods Bloody Mary Mix & Marinade
 4 oz Cream Cheese
 1 tbsp All Purpose Flower
 3 cups Elbow Macaroni
 2 cups Chopped Bacon (cooked)
 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
 ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place pasta in boiling water until the noodles are completely cooked.
Set the pasta aside until the sauce is finished.

FOR THE SAUCE
Bring to a simmer 12 ounces of Russian River Fine Foods Bloody Mary Mix & Marinade.
Add the Gruyere and Swiss cheese and cream cheese stirring until the cheeses have melted.
When all the cheeses have melted, add the flour to thicken the sauce, continue to simmer for another five minutes.

BACON
Cook the bacon and chop it into small pieces.

ASSEMBLE
Add the pasta and bacon in with the sauce until it is heated.
Put the mixture into an ovenproof serving dish and sprinkle on the top the Parmesan cheese and Panko bread crumbs.
Place this into a preheated oven on broil. Toast the bread crumbs for about 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
